Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Qash Global. It covers what the service does, how profit is split, how claims work, and where responsibility sits between you, your broker and us.

Version 1.0Effective 2 August 2026

1. Who we are

Qash Global ("Qash Global", "we", "us", "our") operates the platform described in these Terms.

You can reach us at [email protected].

In these Terms, "you" means the person who registers an account with us. "Strategy Provider" means the party that builds and operates a strategy listed on the platform. "Connected Account" means a broker account you own and have connected to Qash Global.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree to all three, do not create an account.

We record which version of these Terms you accepted and when. Each document shows its version number and effective date at the top.

3. Eligibility

To use Qash Global you must:

  • be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
  • not be a resident of, or located in, a country where use of this service is prohibited by applicable law or by sanctions;
  • not appear on any applicable sanctions list;
  • be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of an undisclosed third party; and
  • be permitted, under the laws that apply to you, to open and operate the broker account you connect.

We may refuse, suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe any of these conditions is not met.

4. What Qash Global is — and what it is not

Qash Global is a monitoring, reporting and settlement-accounting service. You open your own account with a supported broker, you fund it, and you select the copy strategy at the broker. You then connect that account to Qash Global by supplying a read-only ("investor") password.

Using that read-only access we observe your account, record daily account values and broker operations, calculate performance, determine your share of profit when a settlement occurs, and present the results to you.

It follows that:

  • we never take custody of your money — your funds remain in your own broker account at all times;
  • we cannot place, modify or close trades on your account, and we cannot deposit or withdraw from it;
  • the read-only password you give us does not permit trading or fund movement, and we ask you never to give us a password that does;
  • we are not your broker, we do not operate a fund or pooled investment, and we do not manage your account on a discretionary basis; and
  • we do not provide investment, tax or legal advice. Nothing on the platform is a recommendation to deploy capital into any strategy.

Qash Global is not a broker, does not hold client money, and does not operate a regulated investment product. You should not assume that any regulatory protection, financial ombudsman scheme or investor compensation scheme applies to your use of this service.

5. Your account

You must give accurate registration information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything done under your account. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

You may hold one Qash Global account. Accounts are personal to you and may not be sold, shared or transferred.

6. Connecting an account and deploying capital

To deploy capital into a strategy you must open an account with the broker that strategy runs on, follow the connection instructions we show you, select the strategy at the broker, and fund the account.

A minimum funding amount of USD 3,000 applies. Your deployment begins when we observe qualifying funding in your Connected Account — not when you submit a request to us.

You are responsible for carrying out the broker-side steps correctly, including selecting the intended strategy and using a dedicated account for it. We observe what happens at your broker; we cannot independently verify which strategy you selected there. If you connect an account that is being used for something else, the figures we report to you may not be meaningful.

Additional funds you add to an open deployment are treated as a top-up when we observe them.

7. Profit settlement and your share

Settlement is triggered by an observed performance-fee sweep on your Connected Account. When that occurs, the gross profit for the settled period is divided as follows:

  • you receive 50%, which becomes claimable earnings;
  • the Strategy Provider receives 10%;
  • affiliate rebates of 5% per tier, for up to three tiers, are paid where an eligible affiliate chain exists; and
  • Qash Global retains the remainder.

There is no subscription charge, setup fee or monthly fee. Our share arises only from profit that has actually been settled. Where a period produces no profit, no share is taken and no rebate is generated — losses are not carried against you as a debt, but they do affect your account value at the broker.

Figures we present are derived from what we observe at your broker. Where our records and your broker's records disagree, your broker's records govern what is actually in your account.

8. Claims and payouts

Settled earnings become claimable. To receive them you must submit a claim request and have a valid USDT wallet address saved in your profile.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of that wallet address. Blockchain transfers are irreversible: a payout sent to an address you supplied incorrectly cannot be recovered by us.

We may pause, decline or reverse a claim where verification is outstanding, where we reasonably suspect fraud or error, where the underlying settlement is corrected or reversed, or where we are required to do so by law. Approved claims are processed as soon as reasonably practicable, and we will tell you if one will be delayed.

Network and transfer fees may be deducted from a payout where applicable.

9. Recalling capital

Your capital sits in your own broker account, so you withdraw it at your broker. Telling us you intend to recall capital helps us support you and keep your records accurate, but it is not itself a withdrawal and does not by itself change your deployment.

Where a withdrawal leaves a residual balance below the USD 3,000 minimum, the deployment is flagged as below the minimum and you will need either to top it up or withdraw the remainder.

10. Affiliate programme

You may share your affiliate link. Where someone registers through it and later generates settled profit, you earn a rebate of 5% of that gross profit per tier, for up to three tiers.

Participating in the programme means you agree that:

  • you will not promise, guarantee or imply any level of return, income or profit to anyone;
  • you will not describe yourself as an employee, agent or representative of Qash Global, or hold yourself out as authorised to speak for us;
  • you will not advertise using paid search on our brand terms, spam, or any unsolicited bulk messaging;
  • you will not create accounts, or induce others to create accounts, for the purpose of generating rebates on your own capital; and
  • you will comply with the advertising and financial promotion rules that apply where you are promoting.

Rebates arising from a settlement that is later corrected or reversed may be adjusted or clawed back. We may withhold rebates and close affiliate accounts for breach of this section. Rebates are earned on settled profit only — there is no fee for signing someone up.

11. Verification, AML and sanctions

We are required to verify who our users are. You agree to provide identity documents and any further information we reasonably request, and you confirm that everything you provide is genuine and belongs to you.

We may delay or refuse a claim, restrict an account, or terminate the relationship where verification is incomplete or where we have reasonable grounds for concern about money laundering, sanctions or fraud. Where the law requires us to report a matter, we may be prohibited from telling you that we have done so.

How we handle the documents you submit is described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the platform for any unlawful purpose, or to launder money or finance terrorism;
  • supply false information, impersonate anyone, or use another person's identity documents;
  • give us a password that permits trading or fund movement rather than read-only access;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, other users' data, or our infrastructure;
  • scrape, republish or resell strategy performance data commercially without our written permission;
  • interfere with the operation of the platform, including by automated querying at a volume that degrades service; or
  • reverse engineer any part of the platform except to the extent that restriction is unenforceable by law.

13. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Closing your Qash Global account does not close your broker account or withdraw your capital — you must do that at your broker.

We may suspend or terminate your access where you breach these Terms, where verification is outstanding, where we are required to by law, or where we reasonably believe continued access presents a risk of fraud, loss or legal liability.

Where we terminate your account, earnings that were validly settled and claimable before termination remain payable, subject to verification and to any lawful deduction or set-off.

Sections 14 to 19 survive termination.

14. Third parties

Your broker is a separate business with its own terms, which govern your account, your funds and the execution of trades. Strategy Providers are likewise independent. We are not responsible for their acts or omissions, for their solvency, for execution quality, slippage, spreads, swap charges, or for any decision a Strategy Provider makes.

We may change which brokers and strategies are supported, and a strategy may be paused or retired at any time.

15. Intellectual property

The platform, its software, design, text and the Qash Global name and marks belong to us or our licensors. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the platform for its intended purpose. Nothing else is granted.

16. No advice, and no guarantee of performance

Nothing on the platform is investment, financial, tax or legal advice, and nothing is a recommendation or solicitation to deploy capital into any strategy. Any decision you make is your own.

Performance figures we publish are historical and calculated from data observed at the broker. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. We do not guarantee that any strategy will be profitable. Please read the Risk Disclosure.

17. Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We depend on data reported by third parties, principally your broker. We take reasonable care but do not warrant that every figure is complete, accurate or delivered without delay. Reporting may be interrupted by broker outages, connectivity failures or maintenance.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

18. Limitation of liability

Subject to the paragraph above, and to the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • we are not liable for trading losses, for loss of profit or anticipated savings, or for any indirect or consequential loss;
  • we are not liable for losses caused by your broker, by a Strategy Provider, by your own broker-side actions, or by information you supplied incorrectly; and
  • our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms is limited to the total fees we retained from your settlements in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You accept that market losses in your broker account are an inherent risk of the activity and are not a loss caused by us.

19. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your breach of any law, or your promotion of the platform in a way this agreement prohibits.

20. Changes

We may change the platform, the supported brokers and strategies, and these Terms. Where a change to these Terms is material we will give you reasonable notice by email or in-product before it takes effect, and it will carry a new version number and effective date.

Continuing to use the platform after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not accept them, you should stop using the platform and withdraw your capital at your broker.

21. Disputes

If something goes wrong, raise it with us first at [email protected]. Most issues are resolved that way, and faster.

Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory legal right you have under the law of the country where you live, or your right to bring proceedings there.

22. General

If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. You may not assign your rights under these Terms; we may assign ours to a successor to our business on notice to you. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Risk Disclosure, are the entire agreement between us on this subject.
